Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at mjkbusiness6. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We proudly offer Free Shipping on orders over $100.
Delivery times depend entirely on your location. Please use the following timeframes as a general guideline:
  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: 10–18 business days
  • Rest of the World: 12–22 business days
Note: These timelines are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or seasonal high volumes.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active and scannable within 2–3 business days of receiving the email.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
mjkbusiness6 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).

5. Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is completely accurate at checkout. We cannot modify shipping details once an order has been handed over to the courier. mjkbusiness6 is not responsible for packages that are undelivered or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer.

6. Damages and Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged or broken product, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery at mjkbusiness.returns@gmail.com with clear photos or video evidence of the item's damage, and we will arrange a replacement.
A package is only deemed officially "lost" if it has been in transit for more than 45 business days (60 business days for international orders) without a tracking update. If your package passes this window, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.

7. Packages Marked "Delivered" But Missing
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building managers, or your local post office. mjkbusiness6 cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages that carry a confirmed "Delivered" status by the shipping carrier.
